That's right!

We've got birthday parties down to an art. Ms. Deborah and her team gives children the chance to dance for their special day!

Itinerary for a Party 10:00am to 12:00pm

[Studio A] 9:30am to 10:00am - Host parents arrive to set up food, tables and decorations.

[Studio B] 9:30am to 10:00am - Host Teacher arrive to set up studio with games, toys and prizes. 


[Studio A] 10:00am to 10:15am - Host parents greet guests (parents and children).

[Studio B] 10:00am to 10:15am - Host teacher greet guests (children) and engages in free play (ribbons, balls, scarves, bean bags etc.).


[Studio A] 10:15am to 10:30am - Host parents socialize with other parents.

[Studio B] 10:15am to 10:30am - Host teacher plays 3 games with the children. 

  1. Hot Potato
  2. Sinking Islands
  3. Freeze Dance

[Studio A] 10:30am to 11:00am - Host parents socialize with other parents.

[Studio B] 10:30am to 11:00am - Host teacher instructs a 2 minute dance routine. 

  • The children then play musical chairs.

  • Each time a child become "out" he/she will go to Studio A. 

  • The "out" child will be greeted by host parents and served drinks, snacks or lunch.

  • The slowness of the game allows ample time for each child to get settled at the party table. 

[Studio A] 11:00am to 11:30am - All children, parents and teacher are seated at the party table.

[Studio B] 11:00am to 11:30am - Studio empty (no activity).


[Studio A] 11:30am to 11:45am - Host parents clean up the food and drinks and prepare the birthday cake (don't forget the candles).

[Studio B] 11:30am to 11:45am - Host teacher plays 3 games with the children. 

  1. What time is it mister wolf

  2. Red light, Green Light

  3. Hot Potato

[Studio A] 11:45am to 11:50am - All children, parents and teacher sing "Happy Birthday" and enjoy cake. 

[Studio B] 11:45am to 11:50am - Studio empty (no activity).


[Studio A] 11:50am to 11:55am - Studio empty (no activity).

[Studio B] 11:50am to 11:55am - The guest of the parents stand against the mirrors to watch the "Performance"!


[Studio A] 11:55am to 12:00pm - Studio empty (no activity).

[Studio B] 11:55am to 12:00pm - Host guest hand out loot bags and Teacher offers a DMSD goodie bag.


[Studio A] 12:00pm to 12:15pm- Host parents remove decorations, clean up and departs

[Studio B] 12:00pm to 12:15pm - Host Teacher remove decorations, clean up and departs

[Studio A] 12:30pm to 1:00pm - Host parents arrive to set up food, tables and decorations.
